Meditation has been around for thousands of years, but it has only just recently been recognized by the medical and corporate world as an effective tool to help people in very many ways.
You don’t have to be a monk on a mountaintop or live in a monastery to benefit from these timeless techniques. Now meditation can come directly to your office to help make your work environment more peaceful and productive.
Common challenges in the workplace: Stress, anxiety, tardiness, absenteeism, depression, illness, rising healthcare, employee turnover, job dissatisfaction, etc.
Cost effective solution: Meditation has been proven in numerous studies to increase focus, productivity and job satisfaction, while reducing stress and all of the negative side effects that come with it.

Wellness Program Details
Initial Introduction Seminar: A 2 hours interactive class that is a fascinating & fun introduction to the world of meditation and healing energy. It covers the role of Qi or Prana (life force energy) in the body, the science of acupuncture & acupressure, the concepts of Chakras, Aura & Kundalini and how they all can help us to achieve a balance of physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health and vitality. Beyond that, the cultivation of these energies can help us to reach our full human potential.
After everyone is excited about the potential of our healing energy, we take a short break and then come back to learn the basic, core meditation. It is simple to learn & remember and can be practiced in only minutes per day. This is a guided meditation that anyone can do, seated or standing. It involves using mental imagery to connect with the greatest sources of power & energy in our world: The Elements. Earth, Sun, Air & Water.
We take about 30-40 min to learn and practice the meditation. The results are immediate. Most people feel a noticeable difference. More relaxed and more energized at the same time. Lighter, happier and eager to move forward.
Follow up sessions: An hour session designed to help people to build upon what they learned in the introduction. This includes some basic stretching and movement to help release the physical stress & tension we hold onto in the body. A review of the core meditations, and various ways to practice, including a resting meditation.
There are 8 follow up classes included in the wellness program. This is the minimum amount to help anchor the practice in a person’s life to produce the desired benefits. The classes can be given at least once per week or as often as 4 times per week, depending upon the schedule of the company and the level of need. High stress / low morale environments will benefit from a higher frequency.
After the series of 8 follow up classes, there is an option to continue on a regular basis for those who are interested and/or begin a new series for other employees.
In Office Chair Massage: The health benefits of massage therapy are well documented, but think about how happy people are to receive a great back rub. It reduces stress immediately, improves moral and takes only 10 minutes out of their day.
Peter has over 20 years of experience as a professional massage therapist, including corporate chair massage. He is licensed and insured.
He will take 2-3 hours to work on 4 clients per hour for 10-20 minutes each, in a peaceful, semi-private location at the office. The company can subsidize this service partially or fully.
On-Table Massage: This is the full treatment for people who are suffering from chronic stress, pain, injuries or other problems that massage is helpful with. Peter has extensive experience with deep tissue sports massage, medical massage as well as energy work and chakra balancing. This is a world’s class treatment that will relieve many kinds of pain & stress, while creating balance in ones life.
This treatment can be provided in a private space on-site at the company, if desired, or at Peter’s studio nearby.
Yoga for Your Corporation: A comprehensive yoga program by Marién Enid, designed specifically
for your employees. See Yoga w Marién .
Weekend Retreat: A great opportunity for team building, deep relaxation, fun, and bond.
Held at a nearby retreat center, preferably a place with great natural beauty. Peter will help the group to let go of stress, fear & (emotional) pain, while connecting to the power of the Earth and other elements in a way that has a profound and lasting impact on their lives.
Peter has been leading retreats for over 5 years at beautiful and exotic locales around the world, including Jamaica, Puerto Rico and Wisconsin. Working with the teachings of Yoga/Tantra, Shamanism & Baha’i, his gift is in helping people to relax and connect with the Earth, the Elements and their higher self to achieve breakthroughs in areas of their lives that have been stuck or stagnant.
I assert that as a result of these experiences, your employees will be happier, more focused and productive, to the extent that the cost of services will be recouped within a period of 1 month, or sooner, and you will continue to see the returns on your investment for years to come.
Location: Available throughout the United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Travel expenses to be paid for locations outside of SE Wisconsin.
